What we collect

When you complete a form on this site we store the name, email address and phone number you give us, along with any message and the page the form was submitted from. If you leave a review we also store your rating, your review text and, optionally, your email address.

Why we collect it

We use enquiry details only to respond to the enquiry. We use review details to publish the review on this site once a member of staff has read it. Your email address is never published alongside a review.

What we do not do

We do not sell your details, we do not share them with third-party marketers, and we do not add you to a mailing list unless you have ticked the box asking us to.

How long we keep it

Enquiries are kept for two years from the last contact, then deleted. Published reviews are kept for as long as they are displayed. You can ask us to remove either at any time.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of the data we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to us at the address below and we will respond within one month.

Cookies

This site sets one cookie, and only for members of staff who sign in to the admin area. There are no advertising or analytics cookies.
